- 1 lb (450g) steak (sirloin or flank), sliced thin
- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning (sugar-free)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Season steak and shrimp with fajita seasoning.
