High-Protein Salmon Patties

Ingredients (Makes 8 patties)

  • 2 (14.75 oz) cans wild salmon (drained)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup (35g) almond flour or crushed pork rinds
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning or paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix salmon (flaked), eggs, almond flour, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into 8 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
