Ingredients (Makes about 30–35 bites)

  • 1 ½ cups full-fat Greek yogurt (or Chobani)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1–2 tbsp powdered monk fruit or erythritol (to taste)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Optional: few drops liquid stevia if extra sweetness is needed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and thick.
