Cookie Dough Layer:

- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 3 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
- ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Cheesecake Layer:
- 16 oz (2 cups) full-fat Greek yogurt or cream cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3–4 tbsp powdered monk fruit or erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter, sweetener, chocolate chips, and salt until a soft cookie dough forms. Press half into the bottom of a glass dish.
- In another bowl, beat Greek yogurt (or cream cheese), protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
