- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder (optional for extra protein)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 45–60 seconds), stirring until smooth.
