- 1 ½ lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bag (12–16 oz) frozen broccoli stir-fry vegetables
- 2–3 cups cauliflower rice (fresh or frozen)
- ⅓ cup sugar-free teriyaki sauce (or regular + extra water to thin)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1–2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)

Instructions
