Ingredients (Makes 16 squares)

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • ⅓ cup vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup allulose or preferred sugar-free sweetener
  • 3–4 tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp heavy cream or almond milk for creamier texture

Instructions

  1. Line a small square pan (8×8 inch) with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan, gently melt the peanut butter and coconut oil together until smooth.
  3. Stir in the protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until fully combined and thick. Add a splash of cream if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
  6. Lift out using the parchment and cut into 16 squares.
