- 1 lb (450g) lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
- ½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce or marinara
- 20–25 slices turkey or regular pepperoni
- ½ cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or use foil cups.
- In a skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the pizza sauce and simmer 2 minutes.
