Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs (680g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 medium zucchini, spiralized into noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry and season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
