- 2 lbs (900g) ground beef
- 1 packet sugar-free taco seasoning (or Big Mac seasoning)
- 8 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced pickles
- Special Sauce:
