Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or full-fat Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan or cheddar (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or thyme) for garnish
  • Butter or oil for greasing ramekins

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease 2 small ramekins with butter or oil.
