High-Protein Triple Layer Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients (Serves 12)

Chocolate Crust

  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp allulose or preferred sugar-free sweetener
  • Pinch of salt

White Cream Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup allulose or preferred sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup allulose or preferred sugar-free sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped with 2 tbsp allulose
  • Sugar-free chocolate shavings or grated dark chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix crust ingredients until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8 or 9×9 pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat white cream layer ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly over the crust.
  3. Beat chocolate layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread carefully over the white layer.
  4. Spread the whipped cream on top.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
