- ⅓ cup (35g) vanilla whey protein powder
- ⅓ cup (65g) allulose or powdered monk fruit sweetener

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Icing: ½ cup powdered allulose + 2–3 tbsp heavy cream (or almond milk) + ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 or similar baking pan with parchment.
