- 1 cup (225g) cottage cheese or Greek yogurt (for extra protein)
- ⅓ cup (35g) unflavored whey protein powder
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen, thawed & squeezed dry)
- ¾ cup (150g) crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
