For the Low-Carb Muffins (or use store-bought low-carb English muffins)
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
For the Burgers
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 or leaner)
- 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crispy
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
