- 1 medium head green cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups beef broth (or bone broth)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (no sugar added)

Instructions
