Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1½–2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 5–6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy (2–3 minutes).
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish generously with fresh parsley.
