π Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar-free pudding mix (cheesecake or vanilla)
- 2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
- 2 tbsp mini sugar-free chocolate chips
- Β½ tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of salt

- Blend the Base
Add cottage cheese, pudding mix, PB2, and vanilla to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. - Add Chocolate Chips
Transfer mixture to a bowl and gently fold in the mini chocolate chips. - Chill
Refrigerate for 30β45 minutes so the mixture firms up enough to scoop. - Form Balls
Using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop, roll into bite-size balls. - Set & Enjoy
Chill another 15β20 minutes, then enjoy!
