  • Âź cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅓ cup sugar-free sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 egg

  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A sprinkle of sea salt on top

🍴 Instructions

1. Preheat

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Chopped nuts
  • Almond flour
  • Sugar-free chocolate
  • Vanilla extract

Stir in the egg and sugar-free sweetened condensed milk until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together.

3. Scoop & Shape

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop mounds of dough onto the baking sheet.
Flatten slightly for even baking.

4. Bake

Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.

5. Cool
