- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter (no sugar added)
- ⅓ cup unflavored or vanilla whey protein powder (or plant-based)
- 3–4 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (to taste)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a small loaf pan or square dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, gently warm the peanut butter and coconut oil together until smooth and pourable (about 20–30 seconds).
