- 1 medium head green cabbage, chopped (about 6–7 cups)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 cups beef broth (low-sodium)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (no sugar added)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
