- ⅓ cup (35g) vanilla whey protein powder
- ¼ cup allulose or powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon

- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup (75g) butter or coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 medium)
