Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 1.5 lbs (680g) ground beef (80-90% lean)
- 6 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced (or 1 cup for lower carbs)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (no sugar added)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme

Instructions
